Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method or via store credit.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds will not be accepted if:
The item is used or damaged by the customer.
The return request is made after the allowed time period.
Products fall under non-returnable categories (cosmetics, personal care, hygiene, etc.).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
